This client retained me to develop a full suite of training materials for internal staff, sales and marketing channel partners, technical and non-technical customers as well as technical materials to present to potential investors. I delivered the first round of all training programs and built the training organization to assume these responsibilities.
This client retained me to develop, manage and deliver training to highly technical sales and marketing channel partners as well as a client-specific training for highly technical Intel client-services personnel needing to implement solutions based on the development partnership between Intel and Inktomi.
This client outsourced their entire training operation to me for a number of years. All content, labs, online presentations, and custom client training was developed (and often delivered) by me. I did extensive train-the-trainer work for this project.
